How do I return my products?
At Science Ceuticals, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Science Ceuticals, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund (we’ll even pay for the return shipping fee). What payment methods do you accept?
Our methods of payment include PayPal or Credit or Debit cards and are handled via PayPal payments.
When I exchange an item, there are two transactions on my credit card. Can you explain?
When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps:
1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.
Two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. Please note that billing for the exchange item is subject to payment authorization and once authorized, it will post immediately to your account. While both the credit transaction and the billing transaction for the exchange occur simultaneously, it may take longer for the credit to post to your account depending upon the bank’s processing times for credits.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at hello@skinbystephanie.com for assistance.
I never received my purchase. What should I do?
Please first check with family members and neighbors to see if your package was received. If you do not find it, contact us immediately at hello@skinbystephanie.com so we can arrange a replacement.
Will our products going to work for my skin type?
If you are not an in-person client of the Skin By Stephanie practice, or have not previously done a virtual consultation with Stephanie, then you need to first set up an in-person or virtual consultation. In practice for almost 30 years, Stephanie has become a leading expert in clinical skin care and the use of peptides and other active ingredients to improve and beautify the skin. You can receive personalized skincare coaching from a professional who has the ability to prescribe treatments and products that are individualized per active ingredient, offering the most dramatic improvements possible at the cellular level. Because Stephanie developed her own skin care line, Science Ceuticals, she possesses the unique ability to 100% customize the products to your skin, because she knows exactly what ingredients and the percentage active ingredients in her ALL clean, colorant, synthetic, fragrance, gluten and paraben free skin care systems. Will my products ever expire?
While all Science Ceutical products are formulated for no expiration, it’s best to use within 3 years. Once opened, the active ingredients can degrade in effectiveness .

Do you have promo codes?
At this time, we are not offering any promo codes. If you see the option to input a promo code, it is because a special code has been setup for a limited audience.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska, or overseas?
At this time, we ship worldwide at flat shipping rates. Currently, our handling & shipping rates* are:
USA – $5/per package
Canada and International – $10/package
Please check with your own country regarding customs, etc. as we cannot be responsible for custom fees or product being held at customs or returned to us for non-deliverability.

How do I pay for a Virtual Appointment?
Go to: https://skinbystephanie.com/best-virtual-aesthetician-stephanie/ and follow these steps:
- Download the Personal History Questionnaire, fill it out and take a photo of it with your phone.
- Take three (3) photos of your face: front and one of each side.
- Fill out the form on the Virtual Consultation page and attach the questionnaire as well as your three (3) photos. Be honest about what other products you currently use.
- Clicking Submit will take you to the online payment page.
- Pay for your spot via the same 3rd party system we use to purchase products.
